These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DU Clean website and the cleaning services we provide. By accessing the site or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

DU Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific scope, pricing, and frequency are agreed at the time of booking.

Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A request made on the website is not a confirmed booking until we have accepted it and sent you a price. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid the £5 cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due in accordance with the invoice or quote provided. A booking made through the website is confirmed when the agreed price is paid by card on our payment provider's secure page (Stripe) by the time stated in the price email. Other commonly used payment methods can be agreed at booking.

Liability

DU Clean is fully insured. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our service and is subject to the terms of our insurance policy.
